Flameproofed enclosures

This assembly is a combination of a filling sieve and a vent screw for installation in liquid containers.

The filling sieve serves to retain coarse dirt during the filling process.

The filling sieve is made of a sturdy plastic mesh. The large filter surface allows for quick filling of the liquid.

The vent screw with sealing washer vents after reaching a (slight) container overpressure of 10 mbar.

The sealing washer prevents external contamination of the oil (dust), eliminating the need for an air filter. Simultaneously, it ensures no oil leakage, even with highly agitated oil (oil splashing). The sealing washer is PTFE-coated to prevent it from sticking to the O-ring and to maintain the required opening pressure.
