Hydraulic

Mixing machine

Two components

The machine fills bodies with a two-component material. The components to be provided by the customer (resin and hardener) are conveyed by two pumps from appropriate containers in a ratio of 1:1, mixed in a downstream mixer tube (also provided by the customer) and then pumped through a hose into the body to be filled.

The flow rate of each pump can be infinitely adjusted via the motor speed in a range from 0.5 to 7.5 liters/minute. This results in a maximum total flow of 15 liters/minute. A pressure sensor with a digital display built into the material line enables the operator to read the filling pressure.

A downstream limit switch is set in such a way that the system switches off automatically if the maximum pressure of 30 bar (435.1 psi) is exceeded. The operator can check the tire pressure at any time using a second pressure sensor.

The adaptation to the tires takes place via a hose to be connected by the customer. Here, too, the pressure is monitored via a downstream limit switch. If the set value is exceeded, here 3 bar (43.5 psi), the system is automatically switched off.
